Content Director and Strategist

A bit about me

I’m a Content Director at Pickleheads, leading editorial strategy and affiliate partnerships for one of the US’s biggest pickleball platform. My focus sits at the intersection of high-quality editorial and strategic affiliate partnerships, working with key brands across the pickleball industry to grow Pickleheads’ authority as the go-to resource for players at every level.

Before Pickleheads, I was Communications Manager at ExpressVPN, tracking new feature releases and launching them to the public. I’ve also worked as Senior Hardware Editor at Club386, Gfinity Digital Media’s Affiliate Content Strategist at Gfinity Digital Media (Gfinity Esports, Stealth Optional, and more), and Hardware Editor at PCGamesN, bridging the gap between ecommerce, editorial, and marketing. Using SEO tracking tools (SE Ranking, SEMRush, Parse.ly, Search Console, Trends) and affiliate platforms (AWIN, Impact, Skimlinks), I built organic plans that drove real conversions, managing full-time writers and commissioning freelance pieces along the way.

Outside my day job, I run an independent consultancy specialising in content strategy and SEO auditing, and review games and hardware. I’m also building Punching Keys, a methodology-driven review platform for keyboards, switches, and mice.

Other notables include boots on the ground at CES in 2023 and IFA in both 2018 and 2024, launching the KitGuru Discord server, helping rebrand BestVPN into ProPrivacy in 2019, diversifying ProPrivacy’s content from VPNs into other privacy and security software (ad blockers, password managers, cloud services), and having my expertise quoted in NBC News, Forbes, TheNextWeb, Digital Spy, and Reader’s Digest. I’m also a certified manager after completing SerialTrainer7’s Management & Leadership Academy and have worked with large, global teams.
